We offer a “hassle-free” return process. We honor all returns for a full refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery regardless of reason, no questions asked. We even pay for the return shipping.

2.) Your order number (Your order number is on the packing slip sent with your package)
3.) Item or items you are returning for a refund
Once your email is received, we will send you a digital copy of the return label to your email box. Print it out, and ship the item back to us. Once received in our shop, a full refund will be authorized to your account. Returned items MUST be in the same condition when sent to the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: We can ONLY send refunds to the original payment method used when the order was placed. WE CAN NOT send the refund amount to other accounts. No exceptions.
